ExpertsByTech

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what information ExpertsByTech collects when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers only what this site actually does — nothing more.

Information We Collect

The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to give us through our contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message. We store this to read and reply to your message. We don't require an account to read articles on this site. When you browse, our analytics tools collect information about how you use the site, as described under “Analytics” below.

How We Use Your Information

We use contact form submissions only to respond to your question, correction, suggestion, or partnership inquiry, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

Microsoft Clarity, our session analytics tool, sets cookies in your browser so it can recognize repeat visits and group the pages you view into a single session. Clarity only runs if you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit; if you reject them, or haven't chosen yet, it doesn't load. These include first-party cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and cookies set by Microsoft's own domains. We also use authentication session cookies, but only when our own editorial staff log in to the admin dashboard. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work without them.

You can change your choice at any time: .

Analytics

We use two analytics services to understand how readers use the site and to improve it:

We use this information only to understand and improve the site. We don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't run advertising on ExpertsByTech.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase to host our database, including the content you submit through our contact form. Supabase processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy practices. Our analytics providers, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel, are described above. We don't share your contact form data with any other third party.

External and Affiliate Links

Some articles link to external websites, and a few of those may be affiliate links. Those third-party sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control — check their policies before sharing any information with them. See our Disclaimer for more on affiliate links.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of past correspondence. You can ask us to delete your message at any time — see “Your Rights” below.

Children's Privacy

ExpertsByTech is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you from a contact form submission. Send that request through our Contact page or email us directly, and we'll handle it as quickly as we reasonably can.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
